We want you to love your new mattress. That’s why we give you up to 120 nights to try it at home. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can make a one-time exchange with no fees for local delivery. With our Comfort Promise, you can relax knowing your investment is protected while your body adjusts to a better night’s sleep.
120 Night Promise!*
You can sleep on your new mattress for up to 120 nights and if you feel it is not the right mattress for you we will happily offer a one (1) time exchange at no charge or expense to you. There will be no restocking fees, exchange fees or delivery fees (local delivery only, Prime Shipping Fees apply to out-of-town cities). If your reselection is more than your original price, you will pay the difference. If your reselection is less than the original price, the difference will be funded to your in-store account as credit. No cash refunds. We never exchange box springs, foundations, or adjustable bases.
Why This Promise?
So, you can relax and be confident in your investment, knowing we support you 100% with our “Love Your Mattress Comfort Promise”. Also, we know that, like most brand-new things, there is going to be a bit of an adjustment period. Think of it like a brand-new pair of shoes. It will take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress. In fact, studies show that most people experience some initial level of discomfort within the first 30 nights. This is normal and expected. It is simply your body and muscles discovering a new normal.
We ask you to Promise!
1. You must try your new mattress at home for a minimum of 30 nights. We will not honor this Comfort Promise before the 30-night minimum. As stated above, most likely there will be an adjustment period as your body adjusts to your new mattress, and the mattress conforms to your body type.
2. You must purchase the approved waterproof mattress protector. This protects not only the mattress but also your investment. We only accept a return if it is 100% free of stains, rips, damage, and body fluids. All law labels must be intact and not removed. Our installation team will inspect the mattress using a black light before picking it up. If stains or soiled areas are found, regardless of size or nature, we will not accept it as a return.
*Our Comfort Promise is only available on Standard King and Queen Size Mattresses, starting at $1299 and above, and excludes clearance items, floor models, warranty exchanges, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, foundations, box springs, bedframes, furniture, and accessory items. All special-order mattresses, foundations, or adjustable bases (California King, Split Cal King, Split Queens, Full, Twin XL, and Twin sizes) are final and not eligible for return, exchanges, or refund.
